Catheterizing the Female Urinary Bladder
Urinary Catheterization is the intro of a catheter through the harnrohre into the bladder for the purpose of pulling out urine.
Aim of the Urinary Catheterization is to
1 . Stop or relieve bladder distension
2 . Showcase urinary removal
3. Have a sterile specimen of Urine
4. Obtain accurate measurements of bladder function
5. Provide continuous urinary drainage
6. Instil medication
six. Measure the volume of left over urine
